I meant to write and send you this email on Monday but the week got busy in a hurry. 

I just wanted to say thanks for your help in purchasing the 20th street property.  It is great to work with someone who is dedicated to getting things done right.  As we have discussed, it appears that many real estate agents in the beach towns do only what they have to in order to make a sale.  You went above and beyond in getting me the requested information and in protecting my interest.

It is nice to do business with people who are dedicated to doing things right and who are willing to work hard.

Please let me know if there is a manager in your office that I can write a letter to letting them know how hard you worked on this deal.
