Reservations

To reserve a vacation rental property, please send an e-mail to rentals@powerplayrealty.com or call our office at 609-967-7950. We require a rental payment to hold the property. The deposit may be made by personal check if the reservation is thirty days prior to arrival. If the reservation is less than thirty days we require certified funds.

Balance Due

The balance is payable thirty days prior to arrival. If a reservation is less than thirty days from arrival date, payment is due in full. We accept certified funds or cash.

Security Deposit:

We require a security deposit to be held by our office during the rental period and for up to 30 days after departure. Security deposits vary depending upon the residence. The security deposit is to cover any damage or excessive cleaning (more than the normal wear and tear). Please use a calling card when calling long distance to avoid any long distance charges.
